HEY, I’M SHAY…

I’m an individual and relationship therapist who works with people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for something deeper.

Many of my clients come to me understanding themselves—but still feeling stuck in the same patterns in their relationships, decisions, or emotional responses.

My work is centered on helping you slow down enough to understand what’s happening beneath the surface.

I help clients move from automatic patterns into more conscious, intentional ways of relating—to themselves and to others.

This is where insight turns into real change.
